Where to Enjoy Champagne and caviar in New York

Champagne and Caviar has long been a revered pairing for traditional fine dining and black-tie occasions.  In post pandemic New York the pairing has received a surge of interest thanks to new brands championing the taste without the stuffiness. 

At Air’s Champagne parlor you can enjoy their CaviAIR Ostetra, served with house made potato chips and crème fraiche, paired with Rêveuse Rosé.  The crisp, bright acidity and red fruit notes of our Rosé Champagne are complimentary to the buttery fats and salinity of their exceptional quality caviar. 

The Nines offers their famed Kaspian potato, filled with aged parmesan, crème fraiche and topped with Caviair’s Osetra.  We were delighted to learn Chef Nicole Gajadhar sources their Caviar from Caviair.

At Champers Social Club in Soho you can enjoy a glass of grower Champagne with Osetra, Kaluga, or keep it fun with a caviar bump! 

Pearl Street Caviar in Red Hook takes reservations for caviar and Champagne tastings and offers delivery across New York.
